• Booking fees for reservations made at the airport will incur a 3% surcharge on the total ticket price. FlyWay is not responsible for any additional booking fees charged by travel agencies.
• Changes to flight date, departure time, destination, or passenger name, if requested at the airport, may be made subject to availability, up to 3 (three) hours before the scheduled departure time, and exclusively at designated ticketing areas.
• The calendar year is defined as the period from January 1 to December 31 of the current year. For example, from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.

Excess, sports, and special baggage

The transport of sports equipment is permitted, but it is subject to special fees (see the Extra baggages table). The customer must report it at the time of ticket purchase, or at least two working days before the flight departure, either through their travel agency or via the online booking system if the ticket was purchased directly on our website.

These items are considered special baggage and therefore are not included in the free baggage allowance. Since the loading of sports equipment is always subject to available space/weight, the Partner Carrier reserves the right not to accept special baggage if there are issues related to cargo hold storage capacity.

Extra baggages

Transport conditions

Sports equipment must always be properly packed to prevent damage to itself or to other nearby luggage; otherwise, it may be refused for loading.

Bicycles

Wheels must be deflated and removed, as well as the pedals. The handlebars must be turned in line with the frame. The bicycle must be properly packed in a cardboard box or a strong plastic bag. Anti-puncture spray cans are not allowed. Bicycles must be transported in appropriate containers; failure to do so releases FlyWay and its Partner Carrier from liability for any damage.

Applicable bicycle transport fees are listed in the Extra baggages table, for a maximum weight of 15 kg. Each additional kilogram is subject to the Excess baggage charges (XBAG).

Diving equipment

Oxygen tanks must be completely empty in order to be transported and stored in the hold, and must be properly packed. All diving equipment is subject to the applicable pricing conditions listed in the Extra baggages table.

Water skiing equipment

No special fees apply; standard baggage allowance rules apply.

Golf bags

Golf bags may contain clubs and one pair of golf shoes up to a maximum weight of 15 kg. Applicable transport fees are listed in the Extra baggages table, with a maximum of 15 kg per bag. Any excess weight is subject to the Excess baggage charges (XBAG).

Surfboards and similar equipment

Boards must be properly packed and must not exceed dimensions of 300 cm × 65 cm × 5 cm. The fee depends on the type of board. Transport fees for surf equipment (surfboard, windsurf, kitesurf) are listed in the Extra baggages table, with a maximum weight of 15 kg per surfboard or kitesurf bag, and 20 kg for windsurf equipment. Any excess weight is subject to the Excess baggage charges (XBAG).

Fishing equipment

No special fees apply for fishing rods, bait boxes, bags, baskets, or tackle boxes; these are subject to standard baggage allowance rules.

Musical instrument

A musical instrument must not be checked in like regular hold luggage and must be reported in advance to FlyWay and the Partner Carrier so that necessary precautions can be taken. A small musical instrument should be carried in the cabin as hand luggage, while a larger item is handled on a case-by-case basis.
